Official Rules
1. Eligibility
- Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
- Entrants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. Void outside the U.S. and where prohibited.
- Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale, Mr Detail LLC, or any agency involved in the administration of this promotion are not eligible.
2. Promotion Period
Start: April 25, 2026 at 12:01 AM CT • End: May 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT. Entries submitted outside this window will not be counted.
3. How to Enter
Option A — Purchase Entry (1 entry per $1 spent): Purchase any eligible product(s) from wisconsinchemical.com during the Promotion Period. You automatically receive 1 entry for every $1.00 spent (pre-tax, pre-shipping, after any discounts). Orders must be paid for and not refunded to count. Example: a $75 order = 75 entries.
Option B — Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Mail a 3"x5" index card with your full legal name, address, phone number, email, and date of birth to: Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale, Attn: Koch Chemie Giveaway, 385 W Arndt Street, Fond du Lac, WI 54935. Each mail-in entry receives 1 entry. Limit 50 mail-in entries per person for the duration; entries must be postmarked by May 28, 2026 and received by May 31, 2026. One entry per outer envelope.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. Prizes
First Place: $1,000 in Koch Chemie product of the winner's choosing, selected from the Koch Chemie products currently listed on wisconsinchemical.com. Approximate retail value (ARV): $1,000.
Second Place: $500 Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale store credit, redeemable on any products listed on wisconsinchemical.com. ARV: $500.
Total ARV: $1,500.
NO CASH VALUE. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted at the winner's option. Product selection is subject to availability at the time of fulfillment. If a selected item is unavailable, Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale will work with the winner to substitute a Koch Chemie product of equal or greater value. Shipping to the continental U.S. is included. Store credit (2nd place) expires December 31, 2026.
5. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries on or around June 3, 2026. Drawing conducted by Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale or its designee. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information associated with their purchase or AMOE entry. Winners must respond within 5 business days of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond, inability to verify eligibility, or return of notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner may be selected. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 7 days before prizes are awarded.
6. Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on prizes, including income taxes. As required by law, Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC to any winner whose prize value totals $600 or more; winners must provide a valid U.S. Tax ID (SSN or ITIN) to receive prizes valued at $600+.
7. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or terminate the promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered entries, or for technical malfunctions. Entrants release and hold harmless Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale, Mr Detail LLC, Koch Chemie, their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, or damages arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize. Void where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Information collected is used solely to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes. Winners agree that Wisconsin Chemical Wholesale may use their name, city/state, and likeness for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.
9. Winner List
A winner list will be posted on this page on or around June 10, 2026 and will remain available for 30 days. For a copy of the winner list by mail, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address in Section 3 by July 31, 2026.
