Hazmat-classified items may carry carrier surcharges. Orders over the weight limit ship freight — we quote before fulfillment and nothing ships until you approve.

No — there is no application fee, no membership fee, and no annual cost at any tier. You apply, get approved, and start ordering at your discounted pricing. That's it.
Minimums are: $100/order for D3, $300/order for D2, and $550/order plus $2,500 monthly spend for D1. Tell us your expected volume on the application and we'll place you in the right tier.
For D3 and D2, the program is structured around one consolidated order per calendar month at or above your tier minimum. D1 Elite accounts have more flexibility — contact us to discuss your volume needs.
Approved D1 Elite accounts can pay up to 30 days after delivery. A valid credit card must be kept on file as a backup. Net terms are approved separately — just request them when you apply or after you're set up.
It applies to most catalog items. Some exclusions apply — MAP-protected brands or items already priced at cost may carry a lower discount. Your portal always shows your real pricing before you add anything to your cart.
