FINE CUT

Fine Cut F6.01 is a professional medium cut polishing compound formulated with advanced aluminum oxide abrasives. It quickly removes swirl marks, wash scratches, and sanding marks up to P2500 grit while restoring deep, long-lasting gloss. Ideal for medium to heavily weathered paintwork and scratch-resistant clear coats, it delivers an excellent balance of cut and finish.

HEAVY CUT

Heavy Cut H9.02 is a professional heavy cut polishing compound designed for fast correction on heavily weathered paintwork. It removes deep scratches, oxidation, overspray, and sanding marks up to P1200 grit while maintaining strong gloss. The low-dust formula with uniform abrasives allows long polishing cycles and is safe on all paint types, including scratch-resistant clear coats.

MICRO CUT

Micro Cut M3.02 is a professional micro cut polishing compound that removes holograms, fine scratches, and sanding marks up to P3000 grit on all paint systems, including scratch-resistant clear coats. It delivers high gloss and exceptional clarity, even on dark and sensitive paints, and is easy to polish and residue-free.

Fine Cut

Apply the fine polishing compound to the polishing pad (Fine Cut Pad or lambswool pad)
Polish the precleaned surface with max. 2.000 rpm crosswise. The cleaning effect can be varied by means of pressure, polishing medium and rpm.
At the start of the polishing process we recommend working with greater pressure at a lower speed.
In the further course, reduce the pressure and polish to a high gloss at a higher speed.
The remaining polish residues can be removed easily with our Profi ultrasonic cut microfibre cloth.
Remove any streaks or traces of polish with Micro Cut M3.02.

Heavy Cut

Apply in a crosswise motion with a rotary polisher and a lambskin pad (for sanding traces of 1,200–2,500) or the Heavy Cut Pad (for sanding traces of 1,500–3,000).
Apply polishing compound at medium speed and with medium pressure.
Polish afterwards with Micro Cut M3.02 or Micro Cut & Finish P3.01 for the best possible finish.

Micro Cut

Before use, moisten dried or new pads completely with polish.
With the machine switched off, apply the polish evenly over the surface to be treated
Polish crosswise with medium pressure until a transparent film appears, ie, until the aluminium oxide in the polish has completely broken down.
Do not use pads used with this product for other products.

For optimum results we recommend using our Micro Cut Pad and an orbital polisher with forced rotation. Alternatively a rotary polisher can be used in combination with our Micro Cut Pad.
